Mr. Nguyen started his legal career with the corporate and securities section of a major, nationally-recognized law firm in Houston, Texas. His practice experience includes:

Participation in asset acquisitions and dispositions; |
|
Participation in multi-party stock purchase transactions with option rights, multi-level indemnification provisions and complicated representations and warranties; |
|
Formation of corporations, limited partnerships, limited liability companies, non-profit corporations and professional associations and LLCs; |
|
Negotiation and drafting of employment agreements, non-competition agreements, buy-sell agreements, and other business-related agreements; and |
|
Provided other legal counsel regarding various business legal issues, such as corporate management duties, landlord/tenant relationships and others. |

Prior to law school, Mr. Nguyen attended the University of Houston - Central campus where he received a B.A in Journalism (summa cum laude).

Mr. Nguyen is a member of the Houston Bar Association and its Business Law Section and the Business Law Section of the Texas Bar. He also serves on the board of directors of the Asian American Bar Association of Houston.
When not representing clients, Mr. Nguyen serves as part-time Municipal Court Judge for the
City of Houston.
